A New Look
Announcing a fresh change of scenery! We’re unveiling a whole new look. Working, playing and doing what matters most to you will be even better. Comfort is important so we invest considerably towards it. With historic architecture and our unique setting across the way from the Canadian Museum of Civilization, careful planning and intriguing design elements were required to enhance the entranceway and create a sense of arrival.
The Four Points Gatineau provides the convenience of a 24/7 front desk, lobby pantry and fitness centre as well as a refreshed indoor, heated swimming pool. The hotel’s 8,000 square-foot meeting and banquet space features 11 flexible meeting rooms located in the historic conference centre directly connected to the hotel. Completely modernized with a charming historic exterior, this former church presbytery accommodates up to 150 people and boasts free Wi-Fi, in-house catering and professional audio/visual support.

If you are a bit of a history buff, you'll get a glimpse of Canada's historical religious architecture right in the hotel which stands on the site of one of the region’s original churches. The presbytery was the only structure to survive a devastating 1971 fire, and we have restored it to house our unique conference center, where groups gather for business and social events.
Everything else about the hotel is very much of the moment. From the fitness room to the restaurant, it’s all you’re likely to want. Again, it’s all about giving you choice. And all you need to be comfortable and relaxed.
Pool
Our indoor heated pool is saltwater treated, so it’s less stressful on hair, clothing and skin. Less stress – that’s always good. With a lifeguard on duty and a unique historic wall as a backdrop, the pool can help you towards a refreshing workout or just to relax at the end of the day. Please ask the front desk for daily hours of operation.
Fitness Facility
When you’re away from home, you don’t need to take a vacation from wellbeing. Our fitness facility provides you with the equipment you need to keep your focus on fitness. It’s open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Take the ride at your own pace – there’s a bike path that starts right across from the hotel and follows the edge of the Ottawa River. Ride to burn through the kilometers and calories – or to discover the best local ice cream stand. In winter, there are great cross-country ski areas nearby, and, of course, skating on the Rideau Canal.
